Instructor: Mari
Mari has been doing hula now for 15 years. She’s a former Miss Japan Kimono and earned her Alakai Hula Instructor Certificate in 2004. Mari also has her own hula halau ( school ) in Japan, Papa Hula O Ho’onani I Ka Lani, with 10 locations in Japan and is currently pursuing Uniki ( the ceremony to get a kumu certificate ). Mari also dances at numerous venues such as: Sheraton Waikiki, Atlantis Dinner, Cruise, and Ko’Olina Resorts.
